Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

Do not use the API to create or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, malware, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.

Do not use it for fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, or to deceive people into thinking they are talking to a human when that matters.

Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the API's security, rate limits or billing, or to access other users' data.

2. Reselling

You may build and sell products on top of the API. You may not resell raw API access as a competing API service, or share or resell UltraGPT subscription plans.

3. Provider policies

Requests are served by third-party model providers. You must also comply with their usage policies (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek). Some providers may refuse or flag content that breaks their rules.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, and suspend keys or accounts. Report abuse to support@ultragpt.pro.
