UltraGPT API Terms
Effective 2026-09-29
These terms govern your use of the UltraGPT API and developer portal.
1. The service
The UltraGPT API gives programmatic access to AI models operated by third-party providers through an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible interface at api.ultragpt.pro. These terms apply in addition to the UltraGPT Terms of Service that govern your UltraGPT account.
Model availability, capabilities and prices can change. We publish the current catalog at /models and /v1/models.
2. Accounts and keys
You need an UltraGPT account to create API keys. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for all activity and charges under them, including by members of your organizations.
Revoke a key immediately if you believe it was exposed. We may revoke keys we detect as leaked or abused.
3. Billing
API usage is paid in advance from your prepaid credit balance, at the per-model prices shown in the catalog at the time of the request. Subscription plans do not include API usage.
A request is billed for the tokens the model actually processed, including when you disconnect before it finishes. The exact charge is returned with each response and in your activity log.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a charge was made in error. Refunded or charged-back payments suspend API access pending review.
4. Limits
Usage is subject to per-key rate and concurrency limits, and to the spend limits you set on your account and keys. We may adjust limits to protect the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the usage policies of the underlying model providers. In particular you may not resell or share access to UltraGPT subscription plans through the API.
6. Your content
You keep your rights to the inputs you send and the outputs you receive. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Model outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate API access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to protect the service and other users. You can stop using the API and revoke your keys at any time.
8. Warranty and liability
The API is provided "as is" without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the API is limited to the amount you paid for API usage in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes require accepting the new version before creating new keys; continued use of existing keys after changes take effect means you accept them.
